Eid Mubarak...Selamat Hari Raya Korban...

Alhamdullilah...Umat Islam di S'pura akhirnya dapat juga menunaikan ibadah korban dgn lancar. Arab Saudi menyambut raya korban pada hari Khamis. Indonesia turut sama merayakan hari yg sama. Ada rahmatnya S'pura tidak turut sama meraya raya korban pada hari Khamis. Eventhou we missed out on de tsunami but we had problems wif de sheeps. De ship dat was supposed to send de sheeps to Spore didn't arrived on time...De ship made a stop over at Indonesia to fill up fuel...But on de way to Spore, de ship couldn't move due to bad weather n sea current( news updated by Bibik). De ship had to anchor at de Sunda Sea while waitin for good signs. On Fri, most of de muslim community here stayed at home or went visitin. Its really a rare occasion for de muslim community here as when Hari Raya Qurban comes, most of de muslim community here will be at de mosque helpin out in de cuttin, packin or distributin or queuein up for de meat. Almost all de mosque here couldn't perform de Qurban. Only a few mosque n de Spore Arab community did their Qurban becoz they ordered their sheeps frm a different vendor n their sheeps were flown in. On Saturday, Sporean muslim who already paid to perform de Qurban were waitin anxiously for their sheeps. Still no news. De clock is tickin fast. De Qurban have to be performed before Maghrib on Monday coz thats de last day of Tasriq. Finally de sheeps came on Sunday noon. But still not all mosque received their sheeps. Some of de mosques did de Qurban till late at nite. Ghufran only had to start today at 8.00am. It muz be choatic but wat can I say, everythin need to be done before maghrib. 3 mosques had to cancel their Qurban due to insufficient volunteers n time constraint. Alhamdullilah, wif God's will, all de sheeps were slaughtered within de time frame. Well lets juz hope dat such incident won't happen again in de future...Insya'allah...Amin...
